Hello I wanted to check to see if this was safe for the reef tank. Glued my plumbing using this with medium clear pvc cement.

This stuff is a creaper. I was high after glueing the returns amd drains lol. Even with plenty of ventilation

I have ran water through it within minutes of gluing in multiple tanks with no issues....that being said, you don't even need to use it. Some studies even show it weaken joints in the colored PVCs. Here is a long comparison if you really want to read it lol......

That’s primer not Cement , I hope you used cement also.

Primer is not necessary for non pressurized piping, ie awuariums

I stated I used the primer with medium clear pvc cement in the original post.
I am an Irrigation contractor for 23 years, and I often use this brand of primer and glue. I've run up to 150psi through pvc of 3/4" to 4" with this primer and glue, and have never had an issue. It's just fine, and I used it on my tank build, with furniture grade colored PVC. With that said, I always run carbon after I make a new connection and put water through it. Just makes me feel better hoping that the carbon should suck up any leftover chemicals from the primer. I always use primer, as I've had pressure fittings blow apart at as little as 20psi, when primer wasn't used.
