So many pedestrians so little time
It may be attached just under the sand. I have some that close up all night and others that stay open.I recently purchased two RFAs. Why does one do this at night?

It’s definitely attached to a rock. I was asking about the one that looks like it’s standing up. Sorry I should have clarified

The one on the right is in a hole and it only opens like you see it in the photo at night.

Does the one on the left stand up every night? In this thread https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/ron-reefmans-rock-flower-experience.409436/ when RFA stand up, it's in breeding mode and releasing sperm.

Haven’t seen anything coming out. But I don’t watch because you know life and that pesky thing I do 5 days a week work
