Question about SPS Digitata

Myself and a buddy both purchased SPS Digitata today for our tanks. I also purchased a birds nest and another SPS coral. Both the birds nest and the other SPS are showing Polyps already. At the LFS, the Digi had bright red/orange polyps. When I put in my tank it showed no red/orange polyps, just a yellow skeleton. I'm starting to see some red/orange color to it but no polyps coming out. My buddy's already has polyps showing. Do ya'll think I have placed it in a bad area of the tank or it just might take longer than my buddies. TIA

If your tank is mature and stable enough for SPS coral then everything should be ok. Some corals acclimate quicker then others.
