Question about sump and drainage

Hi everyone I was just wondering if this setup is going to work. I have a Cor 15 return pump and I can only use it on its lowest speed with the gate valve for the drain all the way open to keep it filling the sump before it drys the return chamber dry. Pipe is 1” all around. Filter roller and skimmer still need to be added. Tank is Red Sea 260. Fist pic is with pump off, 2nd is with pump on.

SO, an ATO could be your friend - put its sensor in the pump portion to keep that pump from running dry when your tank evaporates

Seems the return section is way smaller than it should be. What's the plan for the 2 partitions? Sump.and partitions dimensions as well as skimmer abd reactors dimensions and where do I plan to put the skimmer and the reactors?

I don’t know what the 2 partitions are doing in there I’ll probably cut them out as I’ll need to raise the skimmer. Baffles over flor is at about 10”.

You should replump to 1.5" drainage.
