Question about tank size and dragonettes

I desperately want to change my tank over because I'm just not happy with the dimensions and it's difficult to do anything in it. I currently have a 30 gallon tall aquarium with 3 dragonettes and i want to move to a 13 gallon that is much easier. Would it be possible that the dragonettes would be comfortable. They never fight they hang out together... Here's a pic.

I'm sure they would coexist but the main question is there an available food supply. Do they eat prepared foods?

They do eat frozen food. I add copepods once a weeks and the current tank has a good supply of pods

I would think you could pull it off as long as they're eating prepared food.
