Question about test reading

Hi guys I tested my water and this is my result mag is 1600 and cal 480 phosphate is at 0.64 all is at 279 my pH is at 7.8 salt is at 0.20 I want to know should I leave it like this or what is the best way to lower my mag and cal and phos ?????
