Question about the AI Sol's

I have had these for about two weeks and I like them so far but was wondering if anyone has had this experience (install thread at RC - New AI Sol Super Blue Installation - Reef Central Online Community). My last timer has the units (3) with the settings of: White - 0%, Blue - 3% and Royals - 3% from 11:30pm to 6:00am with Lunar mode ON. One of the units goes off when it starts ramping down to these low percentages. Anyone else with AI's had this experience? Thanks!

How old are the units. Are the cables loose? Do they wiggle?
