I recently started a white worm culture and am feeding bread spread with plain yogurt (per Paul D’s recommendation)...also tried some pieces of dog food placed here and there. I get quite a bit of fluffy mold growing around bread edges and wherever the dog food was placed. Is this problematic, expected? Does it affect the culture and if so should I try to remove it? The worms do seem to be reproducing somewhat but since this is my maiden voyage I’m not completely sure what to expect. The culture is about 5-6 weeks old.
