Question about Zoa toxicity

I have been wanting Sunny D and Rasta zoas specifically...does anyone know if these two are particularly toxic? I'm a bit klutzy, so I'd like to exclude anything that might hurt me.

I was reading that certain ones only have to get the mucus coating on you to cause problems.

So...don't handle them with wounds and wear protective equipment. If they get damaged in the water, though, might they hurt my fish?

people do frag these zoas, and fish don't die after fragging zoas. doing an educated guess the fish should be fine
