Question for Chaetos Placement In a AIO Tank

At the moment, I have a FijiCube 32 AIO aquarium with mechanical/media filters in both chambers "A" and "B".

There will be 1 chamber for the media basket, the other for chaetos. So, to which chamber, "A" or "B", the chaetos should be placed? And the reasons? Thank you for the replies!

Placement doesn’t matter if the water flow is the same and the bits of Cheato that escape have the same effect downstream.
