I have all my fish in QT the only thing I have added to my tank lately is a clean up crew and I didnt qt them so I guess thats where I got it...
I have them in a 20 gallon QT tank and I added 5ml of coppersafe do I need to add 5 ml a day until I get to the level of 1.5. ?

How are you testing the copper? But yes, keep adding the copper safe until you hit therapeutic levels. I am for 2.0 ppm as different factors can deplete it over time so you have some buffer. Also, the API test kit does not have a color indicator for 1.5 and I hate guessing. Targeting the 2.0 level is much easier with that test kit.

It depends on which disease you have, if its ich you can ramp it up slowly, if its velvet you need to speed up the process and reach 1.5-2 within 24-48 hours.
Make sure you have the appropriate test kit to test the levels in the tank.
This exactly. Wait 76 days from the addition of anything wet (including CUC) to ensure you don't have any lingering parasites.

You're good; hold the line at 2.0 for 30 days.

Can i use API Melafix for Healing Bacterial Infections in Fish,
With copper?

I wouldn't combine the two. Melafix is herbal and shouldn't react with it, but there are antibiotics that we know will mix with copper (kanaplex and furan2 come to mind) so I would recommend one of those instead since we already KNOW those will A: work and B: be safe to combine.

I have a anthus that has pop eye so do you think the ones you said would help that

Is this what year talking about

KanaPlex Seachem Aquarium Fish Dropsy/Popeye/Fin/tail Rot Medication 5g Kana

I dont recommend herbal remedies when dealing with severe infections, you can use wide spectrum antibiotics for that, and it is safe to use with copper. As @melypr1985 suggested Seachem Kanaplex or API Furan-2 can be used for that, you can actually use both to fight wide variety of bacterial infections. Make sure to dose for the full 10 days and dont stop it short of that or you might risk the disease coming back and medication being ineffective against it.
