Question for LED gurus

Million dollar question !!

I am pretty new to LED lighting always been an MH guy :)
5 month ago i switch to OrphekAtlantik V4 and still trying to come up with best possible program

What would be better for SPS corals to set a white, green , red LEDs for longer time with lower intensity or shorter time with higher intensity ?

Honestly speaking, the white, green and red are mostly for aesthetic. Some may argue this point but, Blues and Violets are much more important than other colors. Also, you will get enough red and green in the whites on most fixtures but, again, the look may not be what you want.

Just be careful how quickly you add intensity to any part of the spectrum. You could burn corals at worst or at least cause algae outbreaks.
