My wife told me I should upgrade, which was crazily out of the blue. She said you keep talking about it, just do it before we have kids, cause then we won't have the money for it. So we talked and she liked the idea of of a red sea reefer 450.

My questions:

How long does the shipping process take? I wanted to sell some coral out of my current tank before the move, but premium aquatics has them 5% of right now.

How many people do I need for delivery and movement of the tank, or how heavy? I have a 3 story townhome and my living room is on a second floor. so taking it up a flight of steps would be required. My brother and I are pretty muscular so we might be able to handle it unless its crazy heavy.

Converting to LPS and Softies... what else would i need flow-wise to accompany my MP40 (guessing my MP10 wont work on thicker glass)

Red Sea tanks, no matter where you purchase them from, drop ship from the manufacturers warehouse on Fridays, I believe it's 1-2 weeks from that point depending on where you are in relation to the warehouse.

The 450 weighs 220 pounds (Just the glass).

And if you are converting to LPS and softies I would stick with the one MP40 and wait to see if you do need more flow. Depending on placement you might get away with just the one. And no I sincerely doubt the MP10 will hold on that thick of glass.
