Hey guys, I'm looking at getting a couple of the 90W ReefLED lights for the new 65 gal I picked up for christmas, my question is regarding mounting. The tank I picked up has a rim of about 1-1.25in so the mount arms they sell won't work and my ceilings are way too high to hang the lights from, any of you ReefLED users have any suggestions or maybe pics of how you mounted them above your tanks?

I had custom stainless steel mounts made and drilled them to accept the mounts made by Current Orbit for their fixtures.

I asked them how much why wanted so I could buy 4 (2 to use and 2 as spares). But they wouldn't give me a price and just shipped them to me at no charge. Probably not worth the cost of the paperwork, but I really appreciated their willingness to help a guy out!

I used the Ecotech bar with some minor modifications to the slides and the ReefLEDs over my Peninsula 650. Worked out great.

Hi, I’d like to do this. What did you have to do to get the rs90 to attach to the bar. Many thanks.
