Question for Skimz SuperSilent Wavemakers

I've been looking at these all month and my only reservation is the ability to get replacement parts in the US. Has anyone needed a replacement part in the US, and if so where did you get it from, please? Also, if anyone knows where to get replacement parts, as well, please?

Don’t own the wave maker but have a few skimz products including a return pump and BRS handles the warranty which means great support. I’ve had some issues with the algae reactor and they sent replacements overnight.
