Currently going through the process of ordering a custom tank, and have a quick question for those who have the Kessil Gooseneck ( A360W ). From what I seen on my search has been alot of mounting on tanks that are rimless or with the regular black plastic trim ( gooseneck extending straight up and over ). Will this bracket be able to be mounted on the eurobrace, which would require the gooseneck from being attached to a different side of the bracket. My question would be: is there an alternate way of attaching the gooseneck to the bracket than they way it is advertised. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

The goose neck wouldn't work on a eurobrace. If you did attach it the goose nech isn't flexible enough to be able to bend straight up and over the tank. You may be able to custom make an L connection that would screw into the bracket and then screw the goose neck to it.

It may work, if you got the Kessil 90 degree adapter. You could bend the goose-neck up allowing the light to hang 90 degrees down.

Nevermind, no I don't think that will work, even with the adapter.

I'm assuming that the gooseneck section screws into the bracket, if thats the case I should just be able to drill a new hole and tap it. I really just need to find a close up of the bracket, or see this piece in person:) If anybody could post a close up of the bracket / gooseneck connection that would be awesome.

The gooseneck can be mounted to a Eurobraced aquarium without any issues. The bracket works for rimmed, rimless, and eurobracing. I just picked up a Kessil A360W-E with a Gooseneck and can confirm this as well.

Sorry, my bad...I now see the additional hole to screw the gooseneck into. See, you learn something new every day! :-)

Has anyone done the gooseneck on a eurobrace ? Any problems with weight or bending ? I’m thinking of doing it but want to make sure it holds .
