Hello all, I just set up my first viperspectra timer control series light and have a question. In the manual there is a foot note that states "The brightness of the light is determined by the time of day. Pre dawn and dusk would be low. Mid-day would be higher." Does this mean this light will change the intensity depending on the time if day? I didn't think it had that ability but it would be awesome if it does so I could set it to come on sooner.

Your correct it cannot change the intensity. The timer just turns on/off channel 1 and 2. Great budget lights. Been running them for a little over a year on a frag tank. Happy reefing

It is part of the magnet. Not sure if it's available separate as it works fine as is so I never checked
