hey i have a question for all you pump and plumbing experts, ok so ive been doing heavy research as i usually do and along time ago i came by the idea of using eductors and i know they need a high pressure pump rated at about 10 psi so i did my research and came across the perfect one for my situation the panworld 100px rated for 790 gph and a wopping 21 foot head height and at a .95 bar pressure rating i converted it over and found its nearly 10 psi, so heres my question after all that i wanted to run a system with this pump and a couple of edcutors on a sea swirl but wasnt sure if the seaswirl would be able to handle the pressure or back pressure. im sorry for the long story. thanks for any replys

Why do you want to run educators? To me they are an after thought fix to help with pumps that aren't good enough. I may be wrong, but I'd guess you aren't getting any replies because most people don't use them.

I would think the additional power required to run the eductors would be more than a couple wavemaker/powerheads consume which would give you even more random flows. I know it makes for a cleaner looking installation but I abandoned my closed loop and extra pump years ago and went with a Ocean Motions Squirt on my return pump and two powerheads on controllers in each upper back corner. The newer powerheads like Evolutions and Jebaos are not very big don't look all that bad and are very efficient.

ive been thinking of that but i just want a clean look but if im going to spend the money on a pump i would want it to be reliable and just kinda liked the idea i had but i do understand the efficiency and overall flow wouldnt be that great but again my plan was to use to 2 maxi jets i had and the seaswirl with edcutors but idk
