I am in the process of putting together a 150 gallon cube and I may just be looking in the wrong place, but I'm unable to find the spread rating for a 8 bulb ati sunpower light. Does anyone know if that would adequately light my 150 dimensions are 3x3x27. I am planning a mixed reef mainly softies and Lps, but will have some SPS. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Your not going to have any problems using an 8 lamp unit. Just keep the corals off the bottom, as the PAR down at 27" won't be alot.

Corals in the mid and upper range will be fine with that lighting, down to 21", softies and Zoas and such will be fine below that. If you wanted light throughout your tank depth, yea, I'd go wtih Halides or LEDs.
