Question on my new Lighting

Hello Alec and welcome to the forums...
I would say no.
When it comes to growing corals and overall health of the animal, light is one of the most important aspects. Stable water chemistry is equally as important for long term success..
Better to start off on the right foot!

It's only 20 watts so I would have to say no as well. I used a 30Watt light on a 30 gallon cube and it didn't even grow algae.

I tend to disagree. I think you should be able to do some softies and LPS corals with that light. I have this https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/waterproof-full-spectrum-led-8850-tunze.html 14 watts in air or 26 watts mounted under the water. Granted my tank is only a 14gl but the depth is right around the same depth as the 30 cube. Here is some pictures

So should i go for the double strip? One blue one white? Will this one be okay for now?
Here are some pictures of my tank.

If you are happy with the light and if your corals are surviving and growing then why fix it?

Reputable companies build better products, your light is better suited for growing corals than the originator..

True enough, but if I am understanding the gist of your message (and I Whole Heartily Apologize if I misunderstood) You are basically saying an off brand of lighting simply will not do? I guess all those people with successful tanks running The dreaded Chinese Black Boxes have it all wrong. Does the same hold true for other equipment such as pumps like Jeboa?
