Can anyone help me out on how I can post a link to a thread so it shows up as that rectangle with the brief description versus just a hyperlink? Sorry it's such a basic question but I just can't figure out how to do it.

it just does it after you post the hyperlink
..... atleast on mobile

You will only see a hyperlink until its published

Strange, when put a link in on PC it just stays as a hyperlink.

Some links just stay as links.
