I’ll quickly sum up the protocol I follow.
This is preventative for new fish arrival.
1. New fish in QT
2. 3 days observe
3. Add General cure run for 5 days
4. 75% water change
5. Run a small bag of carbon for 2 days in HOB filter
6. 5 day ramp of copper power (run for 30 days full strength
7. On day 20 of copper power I run a round of prazi in Addition to the copper.

Here’s the issue. I’m on my day 20 getting ready to add my prazi. I just realized the bag of carbon running in my HOB never got removed. It’s been in there since I finished my general cure. I had ramped up the copper and tested on day 3 of ramp, day 5
Of ramp and today and it’s at the level I expect. Does carbon not effect the copper? Side note* all fish are doing great with no signs of visual issues.

Perfect then, if Hanna says the levels in the water are OK, then you are OK despite the carbon.

The carbon is probably exhausted. It can only remove so much from the water. As long as your copper levels are what they should be, you are good to go.
