Question on RKL

I just was wondering is there a way to change the names of things in the controllers? for example It has port 1 as heater. I have it running my halides?

Hmm not sure. I know you can on the larger models but not sure on the lite version.

I haven't had my RKL hooked up in quite a while, but I do remember this being one of the limitations .. I thought it was great when I got the Apex and could give the outlets names based on what was controlledd ... I think the answer is NO. :-(

You cfan through the MyReefs program. It needs to be hooked up through the SID to do it.

yes.. if you configure it via myreef 2.0 you can edit the names.. i believe you can also do it from the net module if you have that as well.

With the myreef 2.0 and the Sid you can configure names and settings, just connect the Sid to the pc4 or sl1/2 modules.

Yea it makes the rk easy to use.

Yes you can do it through the net module if you have firmware 2.0 and above.
