I received an order yesterday for a Aussie acro. It arrived doa with the water temp 67 degrees. It was credited almost immediately which I appreciate but I am curious why they use so many cool packs in the boxes? This order had 3. I kind of question why any are used at all? Packages are shipped in the afternoon after the heat of the day and are delivered before noon so also before the heat of the next day. Your company uses very nice thick styro boxes and really don’t think high temps would be an issue without any cool packs. I obviously haven’t shipped as many packages but have shipped many fish and reptiles and have never had an issue with overheated packages. Just disappointing to lose a nice coral due to it getting so cold. Especially in September in Florida.
