I have a 20 gallon aquarium thats about 24 long, by 14 wide by 14 inches tall. Im really wanting to get a ai nero for my tank but Its really hard to find a nero 3. Would a nero 5 be overkill for my tank. I know it goes up to 3000 gph what would be tge lower settings. I plan in have lps dominant with some sps in the distant future. Thanks in advance!

you could get a 5, but would have to dail it down very low. i suggest perhaps upgrading your return pump to one bigger (that still fits in the back chamber), and invest in an RFG nozzle from @Vivid Creative Aquatics

did you try looking at the marketplace here?

My tank is just a rimless tank , it doesn’t have a back chamber so everything is hob. I have checked today, but ill keep my eye on ebay and r2r marketplace

Don't do it. I had a similar setup and it was too powerful. Look into the octo pulse 2 instead.

sorry! my brain thought somewhere in the original post you mentioned a fluval tank.

if that’s the case a nero 5 would be too much!
