trying to setup a jabao DP-4 dosing pump. I've been troubleshooting it resetting the time and date and measuring it's dose(after calibrating) just to double checking everything to make sure it will work properly.....

So everything seemed great and i cut the hose to size. the input from the source is like 10 inches. and the output is more like 18-20 inches..

So doing my final test with actual sized hoses on the input/output and it ran, the output hose is so long that the chemical source coming through does not make it to the end to come out of the house and its just sitting in the line.

SO, im trying to dose 17 ml of this "test" solution, and for starters i did 3 different times to dose 6ml, 5ml, and 6ml at 8:45, 8:46, & 8:47.

my only thought is that, ok so the first days dose wont make it 100% through, but the solution would sit in the house for the next 24 hr and then it would run and it would dose properly after that. BUT would the chemical over time harden inside the house ?

if it makes any difference, im trying to dose 15-18 ml of both b-ionic 2 part, and 3rd will be KNO3(5ml).

Was hoping to start running 1 tonight but don't want to risk anything with automated chemical dosing.. Thanks in advance

I don't think it will, and if it does we will just have to replace the hose. You can run the pump manually I until the dosing solution gets to the end of the hose.
