This is the first time I've order zoa's online and they came in today. They came on a cone shape thing. Do I leave them on the cone or take them off?

I'd let them grow until they cover the top of the plug then cut off the top section or two and glue it on a rock to give them room to spread.

O, ok. Kind of looked like a ice cube on my phone, lol probably to keep it from rolling around to much during shipping.
