Hi Everyone im new to the hobby im in my 23 days of cycle, just asking if should i do a water change then add a fish/cleaning crew to my tank? or should I wait for another week. Also diatoms are showing up in my tank, any suggestion? much appreciated

Have you checked your ph and kh mg and cal make sure all your leverls are right make sure your water is right temp the longer you can leave it the better I think and if your not sure just add a small amount of fish don’t go crazy’s and buy heaps then have a tank crash

Try and get a lil more descriptive in your Post (faster/more accurate reply)
Test results and params help us answer your question better...
but just to wing it without more info, I’d say wait a lil longer... and test, test test (not the best recommendation but a API reefmaster is better than nothing (not much tho) and cheap

Seeing detectable ammonia and no nitrite or nitrate .
mid hold off on adding any livestock

Also I forgot to add, on my 2nd week of cycle my ammonia spiked up1ppm as my nitrite 0 and nitrate 20ppm. the one I just posted is my day23 which is the latest
