Do you have snails in your tank? They could be nerite snail eggs.

How old is your tank? Did you introduce any new corals or live rock lately? If yes it could be flat worms. Its kind of hard to tell without a clear closeup picture.

27old tank no corals yet . im still in my cycling process i do have live rock on my tank
