Questioning my LFS

So in a few months i will be setting up my saltwater aquarium im currently saving up. And today i vested my LFS to just see how they are running thing and i saw this idk if this is bad for an lfs or the tanks are dirty just look.

Corals look fine to me. Maybe i am not looking hard enough but I don't see much if any hair algae growing on the frags or the white egg crate for that matter.
 
Ok its just when you are there coraline algea covers some of the glass and a little bit of some green algea on the frags but im already planning to buy coral dip and a toothbrush so i guess im good

always dip coral from your lfs. my lfs's frag rack looks loke that also. always dip because you never know what goes in that tank and how they treat it. good luck on the tank!
