My 240 is drilled to accept a Custom Aquariums stealthbox overflow.

It comes with 2 x 1.5 inch holes in the bottom with the option to make up to 4 x 1.5 inch pipe attachments.
I have 2 Sicce 4.0 pumps here for returns. Each will push water to a 3/4 inch bulkhead split to 2 RFG nozzles. I am hoping to get around 1600GPH through this. The majority of the flow will come from wavemakers in the tank.
How many 1.5 inch drains should I plumb? I have 2 gate valves here already.
I have no experience with drains this big. They are going to be short and have about a 2 foot drop.

Is glass the only option for tops under 250 watt metal halides
