Hey guys so I've noticed that one spot on my chalice turned white and one of the mouths turned white (no pics rn, I'm at work) I was doing some research and I couldn't find anything close to it. It's just the flesh that is Turing white, its not coming off like what I found in this thread https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/chalice-loosing-color.466194/page-2

It was in the middle of the tank but has now been moved down into the bottom with shade. I'm using a current usa orbit marine, it was on %90 White and %100 on G,B and R. It's been turned down to %20 white, and %90 rest. With these changes, should I be worried? My water quality is good and from what I know it was showing signs of light exposure instead of water parameter problems.

The only other piece of coral I have in there as of now (just trying these guys for a few months, they've been in there for about three weeks now) is a GSP, yeah yeah I know "burn it" "purge all GSP", I know what I'm getting into, I quite like them, helps me cover bare rocks and great practice for propagation, that's not the point. Anyways in the %90, %100 it was fine, and its doing even better in the %20, %90 so their good, just the chalice I'm worried about.

Should I even be worried about this after moving it and turning the power down? I don't think it's nutrition, never seen the sweepers out, so it's not hungry.

It happens sometimes. I have a couple that I thought were gonners that seemed to rebound quite nicely. Lower light, moderate to low flow and you should be fine

Great, thanks. didn't think it was a huge problem, I can get worried.
