I switched to Instant Ocean to avoid the alk jump and its been great. So far no complaints.

All the pro's out here use Corallife. I switched early on as I had problems with an inferior mix. Been good for over 2 years, thriving reef. Kalk in ATO, a bag of phosban and carbon in the sump, that's it. Biweekly changes of 4% tank volume. Talk about maintenance free!
