Hey everyone!! I was looking into starting a new tank next winter and really liked the look of the Red Sea Reefer 250. I currently have a heavily modified biocube and want a sleeker look with less down the road tinkering next time.
I saw the current USA loop bundle and wondered if anyone here had any experience with them? https://www.fishtanksdirect.com/cur...-WQHEBRIlaUMjCl8FR5vukbB48KlUFvBoCdOkQAvD_BwE

I really want a dwarf lionfish in this tank and plan on not many corals but maybe some aneomones down the road. Any good tank mates for a dwarf lion? I was thinking about an eel but am still in the process of researching my predatory fish. I appreciate any help you guys can give me! Thanks!

I love my reefer. they are super sleek and functional. A current USA is a good light for FOWLR and some easier corals but don't expect to be keeping SPS or LPS. also for a good compatibility sheet you can find one on LiveAquaria.com. also, you should start a build thread.

Perfect! Thanks so much! That is very helpful. I need to get organized enough to start a thread when I start ordering things

I love my Reefer 250 and you can’t go wrong if you purchase it. I ordered the “Deluxe” model that came with the Ai Hydra 26 LED’s. Red Sea is now shipping their own lights instead of the Ai’s as part of the Deluxe system. The only advice I can give to you is that if you buy a RS that you should install a good quality Spears valve instead of the RS valve when you do the initial setup. The RS valve is a PIA and I am constantly adjusting it.
