Questions for new sump set up

I'm in the process of setting up a 20 gallon sump for my 60 gallon tank (not drilled). I can't decide between the eshopps pf300 or pf800 overflow box. I'm worried that the 800 would be too much flow for my tank. Also, could anyone recommend a good return pump without breaking the bank.. under $50 would be good.

I can recommend pumps , but nothing under 50 bucks would fit your needs.

Make sure your overflow can handle whatever pump you use for your return. Going with a larger overflow is a good plan, it won't flow faster than your return will.
