Get yourself a quality RODI unit! I kind of look at this as the foundation of what we do, we really keep water. If your water isn't right from the start then you'll have a lot of issues!

I couldn't agree more! Life In The Reef definitely changed for the better once I hooked up my Apex. Controlling your lights and everything else makes so much difference and helps with the stability of your system.

+1! It is the #1 place to start! Get off on the right foot and make this your 1st priority before even setting up your tank. It'll save you a lot of headache, time and money down the road.
