Questions on corals (newbie)

General Cure is fine, but it needs to be soaked in food so it can be delivered into the gut where the worms live. You also need to use a binder (ex. Seachem Focus) to prevent it from leaching out.
Right, I understand that but will dosing the tank not do anything at all to the internal parasite? I've been scouring the web for any local place that sells Seachem metro and focus but I have to buy it online and that will probably take a week, so I just went ahead and dosed with the API general cure for a hope it does anything. Also they were sitting in the corner of the tank not getting off the bottom from about 6am to now, been about 1-2 hours since dosing (not saying it has done anything) but they seem a bit more lively now, is them doing a quick circle swim a sign of anything seems like theyre happyish but with my knowledge it could be anything, they also moved to my rock and seem to like that spot.

Some of the medication will make its way inside, but it may or may not be at a high enough concentration to kill worms living in the intestines.

Just to give you ideas as you are going, this is my 13.5 evo with a screen top.

Don't emulate my fish stocking though. I have the back stuffed with marine pure and committed to 4-5 gallon per week changes for bioload.

Quick circles could be something else like fluke.
Alright well the general cure has some praz in it so hopefully if it is this can help against it.

Well i'm going to go ahead and order some online do you have a supply website you could recommend?.. I hope it doesn't arrive too late or best case it comes and the api general cure worked and i'll have it for next time.

Looks great man! Can't wait to stock corals, need to get these clowns up and running first.

First time they ventured the tank together they hovered my rock tower but went back to the rock looking exhausted.

As long as they keep eating you should have time for the meds to arrive.

Fed them a tiny bit this morning, will again tomorrow morning just to make sure they are eating, just put in an order in amazon and used my friends prime account so most of the stuff will be here tomorrow and focus will be here on the 7th. I also bought a powerhead because theyre alot cheaper on amazon than my local LFS should I wait to put it in since my fish are already stressed or will it be alright?

Right those are the two I bought i'm noticing a good bit of twitching like behaviour but they are both actively swimming my tank now very surprisingly they take their breaks but they keep venturing more and more.
But as for the metro and focus I have frozen brine shrimp is that ok to bind with? Also if it is flukes will metro treat that or will I need some Prezipro?

You can use any frozen food or pellets for food soaking purposes.

General Cure contains prazi, so if you are dosing that it should take care of flukes as well as Prazipro. However, you have to administer a second dosage, 5-7 days after the first.

Ok so my amazon arrived and i got metro and focus if needed, i also bought a power head for later but my main question is it looks like my clown that had the stringy white poop has cleared up and seems a lot more active the littler clown didnt seem to have any symptoms or the stringy white so i'm hoping that they are looking better to a knowledgeable eye. also sorry for reviving an old thread.

@Zweiday I would just watch their poops very closely (gross, I know). If you see white stringy poop again, you have what you need to treat it.
