0DC18207-D67B-436C-AFF7-B67D5E577EAD.jpeg My wrasse has some sort of flatworm on him that is irritating him, would these medications work and if so, after finishing the dose do i need to do a water change afterwards and how much?

Honestly not familiar with this brand. Do they list the ingredients? Any decent picture of the wrasse? Also you could do a fresh water dip if you can catch the fish. That way would avoid dosing the tank.

Edit: I see a few brands listing "parazoryne" as herbal oils. I don't like when companies list ingredients as proprietary. From what I am reading again it works by helping the fish immune system. None actually says it flat out kills flukes. I would caution against using oils in your tank it might not be completely reef safe. Very toxic to some aquatic life depending on what kind of life is in the tank. Other than fish but including some fish. One brand says it is reef safe. I would bet it will really put a hurting on copepods, snails, and worms though. Then that could cause other problems.

The anti bac with formalin should work in baths. I see sand in one picture. It wouldn't be good to use with sand it will react eventually. The other two ingredients are antiseptics. If the flukes keep coming back you have more in your display. You would want to treat tank with something else in that case. I cant see the chunk out of business end that would suggest possibly something internal. Fish only so far?

Yea just the single. Are you sure it would be flukes? The poop flew off somewhere probably in the sand.

Hard to see in these but picture one had a fluke shape. It could be a number of things sand, flukes, other infections. The others infections would look smaller in size though.
