Questions regarding the Aquatic Life T5 hybrid

So I've put it over my 29 gal tank. I'm running two acetinic and two of the aqua blue specials. Whenever the blue lights are on my kessil its washing out the blue entirely is that to be expected or am I just not seeing it right as when I took a picture it came out much more blue? Also what light schedule would you recommend to introduce the T5s?

The aqua blue special is a whiter light. The Blue plus is what most use to compliment the Kessil lights and is much more into the blue spectrums.

Yep, I'm running 2 Blue + and 2 coral + in my fixture with 4 Kessil 160's. I have the T5's turn on when the Kessils are reaching peak intensity about 1.5 hrs after the Kessils turn on and stay on until the Kessils are starting to ramp down 6 hrs later, that's when the T5's shut off.
