I'm setting up a 75 gal FowLR tank. Are the levels of magnesium, calcium, phosphate and KH as important in this type of setup as they are is a reef tank?

ThanksNope. Nitrates and phosphates are probably the most important to test for, and I'd imagine regular water changes would probably keep your pH and alkalinity stable for the most part.
