I would like to attempt to get into ReefPi. More to learn something new than any need for it. I see a lot of people buying the reef pi zero. Looks like that’s sold out. Curious on if the following would be an okay buy.

No. That's just a collection of random stuff you could play around with if you already have a pi. The pi is not included.
Starter kits were always overpriced for what they are, although they are kinda nice if you start from scratch knowing nothing about electronics and don't have anything lying around. But recently they don't even include the pi.
And don't buy anything that say raspberry pi pico, those are not proper pis and won't work for reefpi
In the current situation, your best bet is to either wait, or buy a zero used or from a scalper
edit: actually, make sure it's a zero W, not just zero, kinda important
