My Phosphate is 0.17 per Hanna Checker. My Rock is in a Brute Bin in saltwater with heater and powerhead pre-cycling. When i dose the LC can i keep drip dosing into a sock until i get to 0 phosphate? Or is their a certain amount you can dose per day.

I dosed it the other day when at 0.17 and got irdown to 0.12 dosing 10ml. 2 days later it is back to 0.17

Sorry I didnt know it was going into a curing container. In that case no need but I would use sock or some sort of 10 micron filter to catch the residue or give good rinse before using rock so no residue makes it into your tank.

So I have pretty much completed my cycle but can't get my rock lower then 0.14 phosphates. I dose LC down to 0 phosphates and exactly 2 days later it is back to 0.14. This has happened the last 4 LC doses.

I also notice even tho I'm dosing into a 5 micron sock I still see a little white residue on my powerhead. If it is there I can assume it is on my rock. I'd hate to cycle this rock and kill the cycle by having to rinse the precipitate of with a power wash.

If you keep seeing phosphate, keep dosing the lanthanum. Dont move stuff to the tank with the rock still leaching PO4. Youre just asking for headaches. If you read up on phosphate, you will know that it leaches to equilibrium, meaning, if the water's phosphate content is lower than the rock's then the rock will leach until both are pretty much the same. You just need to keep lowering the water content until the rock runs out. If not, youll end up battling rising phosphates while you have corals in the tank.
