I am setting up a 93 gallon cube. Should I use two smaller heaters? Or one heater that's big enough to support 100 gallons? The temperature will be monitored and controlled by a neptune apex.

I would recommend two so If one fails you have you have backup. Plus they do not work as hard to keep tank stable.

My Apex controls two heaters. The set points are 0.3 degrees apart so that one comes on and the second only comes on if the first can't handle the load.

I
agree with the 2 heaters and that's what I did have have
the apex controlling them
