Looking like everything was going great for over the past 6-7 weeks. I had a Midas blenny, pintail fairy wrasse and a Lubbock wrasse all doing pretty well in QT. I noticed some stringy white poop and feed focus and metro about 2 weeks ago.

During that time my Lubbock was getting picked on by both the Midas and the pintail so I moved the Lubbock to a separate QT tank (small 5 gal)

this past week I noticed the Midas chasing after the pintail and eventually forcing him to stay in the corner of the tank.

Monday April 13th I moved the Midas into my display tank and have both wrasses in separate tanks.

I haven’t seen the pintail much after Monday noticed him hiding and assumed it’s because he was lonesome. Just now I was doing a small water change and noticed him laying on his side struggling.

Cant tell if the internal parasite is back or something worse!

I added an air stone, a dose of metro and kanaplex to the water..

Not looking good I know there some good wrasse experts on here that will jump on in a few I am sure. Sry

Unfortunately he didn’t make it..
I had him in QT for almost 6 weeks and feed him metro and focus when I saw signs of white stringy poop early on during QT..

I did not use general cure or prazi and kick myself for not having any on hand as I feel both prazi and a good combination like metro+focus would have completely eliminated the problem..
