Quick Ich X Dosage

So I just lost another fish to Brook... the only Formalin medicine my lfs had was this Hikari Quick Ich X(pic below), with a formaldehyde dosage of (<22%) based on the website.

is this considered a low dosage of formalin? Directions say 3 drops per 2 gallons, will this be enough to treat the Brook? or should i increase the dosage?

what do you recommend?

37% formaldehyde is proper formalin, but IME even low dose formalin is effective against brook. So, I would follow the directions on the bottle.

Agreed. Just remember to do it in a bath and transfer to a clean, sterile QT after. Treating with metroplex after the dip is always a good idea.
