Quick question - left saltwater on my porch

Hi guys. Quick question.

I left a 5 gallon jug full of saltwater on my porch for a week. It has been called the whole time. Can I still use it for a water change? Or should I dump it?
I don't have a RODI so I buy my saltwater at my LFS for right now.

If it's a container the is sealed with a lid than the water should be fine. If you're concerned you can test SG, and ammonia just to reassure yourself.
