Quick question on anthias

I posted about this fish being attacked by my Starry Blenny and my Banghi cardinal. He was received in pristine condition and I'm wondering if the marks shown are all from being attacked or has he been stressed into illness as well?

You'll probably need to qt him to treat him if you want him to recover. He likely needs antibiotics, and if the other fish are still bullying him that won't help.
