Quick question on curing rock

I've had some rocks in a bin with saltwater curing to put in my dt for 4.5 weeks with biospira added day 1.Everybody told me 6 weeks.

I've not done a single water changes but phosphates are reading lower than in my dt. I would assume at this point, I'm safe to add these?
 
They are probably fine. May not be fully populated if nothing else was added, but will be fine to add. Just don't use them as an excuse to add a whole bunch of livestock quickly. :)

I just want a place to add coral. My tank is running fine just needs more places to put stuff.
 
Sweet.

Added to the tank. About 100 lbs of live rock between the display and sump.
