Quick question on equipment prices

hey yall I am able to get my hands on two xr15 gen3 pros with rms kits and diffusers for 300 bucks for all
Also a reef octopus 300ext skimmer for 300 bucks.
Are these good prices?

If the skimmer comes with the inlet and outlet pieces for the union, i would pay 300 all day long. If I remeber correctly I paid nearly 800 for my reef octo skimmer 6-7 years ago. If the skimmer does not come with the other sides of the unions, I would pass. I doubt you will find anything to thread on there. I think those are some kind of metric thread.

Ok there should be a tube that comes up out of the hole in the grey pipe to let the pipe breath.
