What is that device you use that's always hooked up to your tank? And it reads params in the water and sends it to your phone to view it?? I genuinely can't find online i don't know what it's called...

You are looking for an Aquarium Controller, the top two are either the Apex made by Neptune systems or the Profilux made by GHL....

Unless you're talking about a tester, in thes case there are a lot on the market depending on what parameters you're looking to test.
